Is Charleston a Sanctuary County?

In light of Charleston County's Democrat Sheriff rebuff of Congresswoman Nancy Mace's request for information, I have sent the Sheriff's Office a legislative FOIA for the same information. Under South Carolina law, state agencies and Offices created by the state cannot refuse a legislative FOIA. I expect a quick response from Sheriff Graziano and hope that the accusations prove to be false.

No part of South Carolina should be a sanctuary for illegal immigration.
